Unbranded Finance was founded in 2019 as a real estate backed lending business by two property professionals with investment and development backgrounds combining over 40 years experience.
Our mission is to provide fast, flexible and straightforward lending solutions. We do not think like a bank, we think like property investors and put personal, long term relationships with our clients at the core of our business.

Our founders have over 40 years’ experience as direct property investors and developers between them, and importantly as borrowers themselves. We are directly responsible for loan origination, underwriting, execution, and risk management. This means we will have an in depth understanding of your proposal and requirements through our common sense approach to lending and consider all opportunities on their individual merits. We make our own lending decisions and have the capital available for your loan immediately. Once we have approved the application, funds can be released as quickly as the legal paperwork can be completed.
Our lawyers have an in depth understanding of our requirements, our documentation, our processes and therefore transactions can be completed extremely swiftly. Our experienced legal teams are dual qualified in all aspects of real estate and finance and can operate throughout the UK.
