Over the past 17 years, Oliver has been based in London and working across both the commercial and residential property investment and development sectors. He has been involved with close to £1bn of investment property transactions throughout the UK, and development activity worth over £200m within the Prime London markets.
This experience is wide-ranging and diverse having succeeded in some notable projects with complex planning, change of use and development strategies alongside Joint Ventures with market-leading investment houses. This comprehensive experience of the complete investment and development journey allows Oliver to effectively manage the portfolio performance and ensure the core investment values and parameters of the Unbranded Finance business are maintained.
Andrew has over 20 years experience within the UK property industry as a principal developer and investor procuring medium term investment deals, development situations and short term trading opportunities in both vacant and income producing assets. He has completed transactions worth c £200m in the residential, office, hotel, student accommodation, retail and industrial sectors with significant experience of investing equity on behalf of both private investors and corporate joint venture partners in projects under his control, delivering substantial returns.
Andrew’s ability to swiftly evaluate property deals and identify key risks using a keen attention to detail means he is ideally placed to underwrite and execute transactions with his extensive experience in funding and wide understanding of the legal and property aspects each transaction requires.
