Over the past 20 years, Oliver has been based in London, working across both the commercial and residential property investment and development sectors. He has been involved with a wide range of investment property transactions throughout the UK, and development activity focussed within the Prime Central London markets.

His experience is wide-ranging having completed complex planning, change of use and development projects alongside Joint Ventures with Institutions and Family Offices. This broad investment and development journey allows Oliver to effectively manage the loan book portfolio performance and ensure the core investment values and parameters of the Unbranded Finance business model are maintained.

Andrew has over 20 years experience within the UK property industry as a principal developer and investor procuring medium term investment deals, development situations and short term trading opportunities in both vacant and income producing assets. He has completed transactions worth c £200m in the residential, office, hotel, student accommodation, retail and industrial sectors with significant experience of investing equity on behalf of both private investors and corporate joint venture partners in projects under his control, delivering substantial returns.

Andrew’s ability to swiftly evaluate property deals and identify key risks using a keen attention to detail means he is ideally placed to underwrite and execute transactions with his extensive experience in funding and wide understanding of the legal and property aspects each transaction requires.

Matthew is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years' experience working in both practice and industry.  After graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 2013 he joined Grant Thornton where he gained his CA qualification and progressed to become an audit manager.  During his time in practice Matthew worked with both listed and private clients from varying industries including real estate.  Before joining Unbranded Finance, Matthew was the Head of Finance at a private equity backed Textile Recycling business. 

Brendan built-up and sold one of Europe's largest textile recycling companies alongside acquiring and expanding a retail business which is regarded as one of the UK's oldest vintage clothing brands. Parallel to these commercial business interests Brendan has over the past 20 years acquired and developed a substantial property investment portfolio which he continued to grow with ongoing asset management initiatives and acquisitions. 

Richard has a 25-year career in the leisure, hospitality, and real estate sectors.  As both an operator and investor, Richard has been deeply embedded in some of the UK's most cherished leisure brands including Butlins, Haven and Hollywood Bowl.  Richard brings considerable experience in real estate and financial markets to the Unbranded board.
