The provision of your name and address is required from you to enable us to provide you with bridging loans for commercial and residential properties.  We will inform you at the point of collecting information from you, whether you are required to provide the information to us.

3.   How we store your Personal Information 

Your information is securely stored on our secure cloud-based file hosting service.

We keep personal information for the period for which your loan is in force and for a period of 6 years after that.  We will then dispose of your information securely destroying it electronically. 

4.   Your data protection rights relating to your Information

Under data protection law, you have rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. Details of these rights and how to exercise them are set out below. We will require evidence of your identity before we are able to act on your request.

  1. Right of Access. You have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the Information about you that we hold, and to confirm the nature of the Information and how it is used.
